How does Kyma cleaners provide effective cleaning while remaining non-toxic?
We have found the perfect balance between safety and effective cleaning. Our cleaners contain mild surfactants, which are special ingredients that help break down dirt. These surfactants allow the cleaner to spread and grab onto messes, eliminating the need for harsh chemicals.

Can I use Kyma refills in any spray bottle?
Yes, Kyma refills can be used in any spray bottle that holds at least 500 ml of water. For a more sustainable option, consider our new glass bottle, available exclusively with the Kyma Multi Surface Cleaner.
The Kyma tablets in the pack were broken. Is that a problem?
There’s nothing to worry about. Just make sure you empty all the pieces and powder from the refill pack into your bottle.
Why are my Kyma tablets taking longer than usual to dissolve?
High temperatures, such as those commonly experienced in the UAE, can cause the tablets to harden, leading to a longer dissolution time. However, there's no need to worry; while the temperature may affect how quickly they dissolve, our testing confirms that the quality of the cleaner remains the same.

The easiest way to do it is to use warm or even hot water. If you can’t wait to start using our products this will drastically help to decrease your waiting time! Either way, trust us it is worth the wait!
How should I store Kyma cleaning products?
Kyma products should be stored at room temperature, preferably not in direct sunlight.
