We currently deliver across the UAE, 7 days a week.

Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 12pm.
•⁠  ⁠Free for orders above AED 100 
•⁠  ⁠AED 10 for below AED 100
•⁠  ⁠Delivery window: 9am–10pm the following day

Orders placed after 12pm will automatically be processed as orders placed the following working day and will therefore require an additional day for delivery. 

Please note that while we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we work with a third-party courier and are therefore subject to their routing schedules and delivery timelines. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee or request specific delivery times within the day.

Our courier team will contact you via WhatsApp and/or phone call ahead of delivery. If there is no response, the delivery will be marked as unsuccessful and re-attempted the following day. 

Cash on Delivery
We offer both Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery options.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the exact cash amount is available upon delivery, as our drivers are unable to provide change. An additional fee of AED 10 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders

Delivery Attempts
Your delivery fee includes up to 3 delivery attempts.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned back to us. Any additional delivery attempts thereafter will be charged at the applicable delivery fee.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided, this may result in delays while our team attempts to obtain the correct details. In such cases, Kyma cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery delays.

However, if your order is delivered incorrectly despite full and accurate address details being provided, we will arrange collection and redelivery to the correct address at no additional cost.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange collection and replacement of the damaged products at no additional cost.

Remote Areas
Certain remote areas within the UAE may require additional days for delivery. 

Remote area locations include (but are not limited to):
Al Dhannah City, Ruwais, Liwa, Dalma Island, Sweihan, Hatta, Shawka, Wadi Shaam, Masfut, Falaj Al Mualla and surrounding areas.
