Order Delivery: 

All orders are dispatched from our factory in Sharjah, UAE. 
We provide a 48-hour delivery service within the UAE at a fixed shipping fee of 10 AED. Delivery timelines are estimated and provided by our courier partner. Please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or customs processing.

• UAE: Delivery within 48 hours for a fee of 10 AED on all orders. 

During holiday seasons and special events, processing and delivery times may extend beyond the standard 48 hours.

If your shipment has not arrived within 6 weeks from the order date, it will be considered lost

Lost or damaged orders: 

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at connect@mykyma.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
