Kyma has entered the market with surface cleaning solutions in the form of tablets and plans to further its offering by launching a wider range of products that make the lives of our consumers easier and sustainable.

Yes. Kyma products do ship outside the UAE and carry a shipping fee.

Browse through our products and add any product you like to your cart. When you’re done adding products to the cart, you can click ‘check out’ and proceed to view the payment and delivery options.

For all orders across the UAE a delivery charge of AED 10 will apply.

It is absolutely safe to use your credit card to place your orders. All transactional data is safe and not stored by us, as all processes take place on a third-party bank server.

You can pay online using a credit card when placing your order.

Kyma tablets are made from responsibly sourced, non-toxic ingredients. Each product contains the following ingredients:

Citric Acid

Sodium Benzoate

Potassium Sorbate

Sodium Carbonate

Kyma products should be stored at room temperature (24°C instead of 28°C), preferably not in direct sunlight.

Our bottles are durable, recyclable and don’t need to be thrown away every time you run out of a cleaning solution, thus helping us protect our environment from single-use plastic.

When your Kyma tablets dissolve, they release CO2 into the bottle. This built-up pressure may push the liquid up through the dip tube and out of the sprayer. That is why we always recommend that you make sure the tablets have completely dissolved before closing your bottle.

If your sprayer is leaking, simply unscrew the sprayer top and wait for a moment. Then reattach the sprayer and test it again. If the leakage continues, just let us know and we will gladly send you a replacement.

All Kyma packaging is mainly made from cardboard and is fully recyclable and biodegradeable. Our bottles are made of durable and recyclable PET plastic. Kyma packs include a small layer of plastic and aluminium and need to be disposed of in a normal waste bin.

There’s nothing to worry about. Just make sure you empty all the pieces and powder from the refill pack into your bottle. Broken tablets may dissolve faster releasing C02 , so make sure you allow them to fully dissolve before putting on the nozzle.

Yes, we don’t test our final product on animals. Although we are not yet officially certified we’re hoping to be soon!

Yes. None of our ingredients have been derived from animals or animal products.

Yes, all Kyma products are non toxic and are safe for children and safe for pets.

Yes. However, we do recommend consulting your physician before use.

No. However, please avoid prolonged contact with clothes and shoes and in the case of contact, rinse immediately.

No. Please do not apply Kyma directly to food or food products.

If a Kyma product is accidentally swallowed, rinse the mouth with water and seek medical attention immediately. Please also take our packaging along when seeing a medical professional. In the case of a pet, rinse their mouth with water and contact your veterinarian immediately.

Rinse your eyes immediately with plenty of water. If wearing contact lenses, remove the lenses before rinsing your eyes. We also recommend you seek medical attention and bring the Kyma packaging along if possible.

Kyma should not damage leather, wool or suede, but avoid longtime contact.

The pH of Kyma products is as follow:
  • Bathroom Cleaner: 3-5
  • Multi-Surface Cleaner: 6-8
  • Glass Cleaner: 4-6

Kyma products expire 12 months from the date of manufacturing printed on every sachet.

We currently accept returns and refunds on Kyma products only if the packaging is unopened. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, should your order reach you damaged, or you receive an unwanted or incorrect item, you can return it in its original, unopened packaging.

We have not tested our cleaning sprays for this specific aspect but we avoid formulating with any chemicals that contain known allergens.

We use high quality and readily biodegradable ingredients, however they are not certified organic.

We formulate our products with only safe, readily biodegradable or naturally derived ingredients. Our final dissolved products – the liquid Cleaners that you use in your household – are not irritating, sensitising or harmful to aquatic (and in general!) life. They will not bioaccumulate in the environment. Our disinfecting products contain an antimicrobial agent in very low concentrations and the dilution that we use is safe for you, your family and the whole household. Regardless of how safe any chemical product is, always remember to wash your hands after handling and wipe the surface after usage.

All of our main ingredients are readily biodegradable, which means they have passed appropriate OECD tests.

Kyma Disinfectant was made specifically to kill viruses and bacteria but it also contains some necessary ingredients to help you with getting rid of your everyday stains. Disinfectant is also recommended to clean your high-touch points such as door knobs, taps, light switches etc. We advise you to use our Surface Cleaners first for perfect cleaning and then finish with the Disinfectant to make sure you also killed all the germs.

Kyma Disinfectant has been tested in a certified, external laboratory and is proven to kill 99.999% of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus hirae.

Kyma Disinfectant has been tested in a certified, external laboratory and it has proven to kill human Coronavirus 229E which is recommended by many international agencies to test for SARS-CoV-2 (commonly known as Covid-19). Pour 500 ml of warm water into a bottle. Tear open the Kyma refill pack and drop the contents into the water. Let it dissolve for 8-10 minutes before putting on the nozzle and enjoy cleaning the Kyma way.

Kyma can be used for cleaning and sanitizing all types of surfaces.

All our tablets are made to be dissolved in 500 ml of warm water. You can fill your Kyma reusable bottle or any spray bottle with 500ml of tap water.

One refill pack for each bottle filled with 500 ml of warm tap water.

Kyma can be used in any spray bottle with the capacity to hold at least 500 ml of water. We recommend using the specially designed Kyma bottles, with the names of each product and with a clear mark for water refill.

Kyma is safe to use on all countertops. All Kyma products are PH neutral, mild acidic and safe to use on multiple surfaces including, granite, marble and other stone surfaces.

Yes. The Kyma Glass Cleaner is safe to use on all types of glass surfaces and mirrors.

Yes. We never use toxic bleach, ammonia, phosphates, or petroleum-based chemicals, making Kyma products safe for septic systems.

Our products don’t contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) so that they are safe to be used around adults, pregnant and nursing women, children and animals. It is always recommended to speak with your physician before use.

There are no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in our products so they are safe for use around your pets, however always make sure to keep our Cleaners stored in a safe place so that your furry friends can’t reach them.

You can use all of our Cleaners on most of the surfaces at your home. Remember to wipe the surface after spraying regardless of its type. Our Multi-Surface Cleaner was designed to be used on surfaces such as worktops, wood, tiles and food-preparation areas. Our Bathroom Cleaner was made to use on bathroom ceramics such as tubs, sinks, showers as well as tiles and sealed stone such as granite. Our Glass Cleaner was designed specifically to use on glass, mirrors & windows. Our Disinfectant Cleaner can be used on surfaces such as worktops, tiles, wood, granite, ceramics, stainless steel and food preparation areas. Be careful if you want to use any of our products on your beautiful marble - it is a tricky surface and you may leave some marks on it. If you can’t resist – remember to first try on a hidden, small area to make sure that there is no damage. Always wipe after usage.

The easiest way to do it is to use warm or even hot water. If you can’t wait to start using our products this will drastically help to decrease your waiting time!

You can ensure a streak-free, squeaky clean window by wiping with paper towels, microfiber cloths or newspaper, but whatever you use, make sure it's lint-free. Clean only when there is no direct sun on the windows, always wait until the glass is in the shade. Rub the surface until all the liquid has disappeared. Even if you do exactly the right things, like wiping with newspaper, it's possible to end up with a frustrating streak. In that case, the simplest solution is to finish the job with a quick polish with a microfiber towel or a regular rag. Make sure the chosen cloth is clean and dry, and simply buff over the streaky area of the glass when you're done cleaning it.
